Here’s a list of my understanding of Prince Harry’s concerns. Beneath the list, I will address each of these concerns one by one.
- He doesn’t feel safe from physical threats in his native country of the UK and due to this he might not be able to visit his family in his native country anymore.
- He doesn’t feel like his daughter will ever meet her great-grandmother because of this lack of safety even though his daughter is named after her great-grandmother.
- He “inherited” a safety concern simply due to his identity and that is a burden he carries even as a private citizen.
- He worries about how he will protect his children.
- He wants cops and cop resources to act as his own private security.
- He wants the people of the UK to give him their resources while saying he wants to pay for those resources.
- He said he wants to be financially independent but still thinks public resources like the police should be given to him and his privileged family.
- He thinks being a veteran entitles him to police protection.
